I'm Uche, a business analyst with experience in public-sector operations, product design and healthcare recruitment. I like the unglamorous middle of a problem: talking to the people doing the work, mapping what really happens and turning it into a requirement a team can build. I build first versions myself in Power Platform so I can test ideas with real users quickly. I'm now focusing on process improvement, Power Platform and workflow automation for healthcare and healthcare recruitment, where complete, well-evidenced checks matter for patient safety and for the people being hired.
